– Gender (Free) For All Rally, March, and Celebration: Gender (Free) For All, Portland's first stand alone trans and allies march is moving forward with a new message! On August 1st, 2009,trans, genderqueer folk and allies are moving toward a message of freedom of gender expression, putting it and our sexuality where it belongs: in the unbridled, infinite realm of possibility! We have a full afternoon of fun planned; bring your friends and family and join us for the celebration! Pre-March Rally: The rally at 5pm will feature trans and gender activists, allies, and YOU! Come hear the stories of others, and tell your own. March: At 7pm, put on your marching shoes and join us as The Last Regiment of Syncopated Drummers strikes up the beat to step off the Gender (Free) For All march, leading through North Portland.
